One Piece has become a global phenomenon, and thanks to Netflix’s OP live-action series, its popularity has grown even more. One Piece anime fans from India are eagerly anticipating its premiere, as are people all throughout the world.

For Indians, there was a significant barrier to entrance, as the One Piece animation was not offered on popular anime streaming services like Netflix or Crunchyroll. However, this is about to change as the One Piece anime is about to appear on Crunchyroll in India. Additionally, we anticipate that, like in other nations around the world, Crunchyroll will soon include the full One Piece animation catalog, making it accessible to Indian viewers as well. Crunchyroll has the perfect opportunity to establish itself in India at this point and develop with the nation’s budding anime scene.

In order to increase its market share in India, Crunchyroll has been actively working hard. Due to this, regional language dubs and more affordable subscription prices have been used to release anime in India. In India, one may sign up for Crunchyroll for just 79 rupees per month. The streaming service recently launched a Unified Payments Interface (UPI) mechanism as well, giving customers in the nation a far more convenient payment alternative.

The One Piece anime follows the heroic journey of Monkey D. Luffy, a pirate who won’t let anything or anyone go in the way of his ambition to rule the pirates. He needs to locate the fabled “One Piece,” the loot left by the former Pirate King Gol D. Roger, in order to accomplish his objective. The Straw Hat Pirates accompany Luffy on his voyage over the perilous waters of the Grand Line.

The ongoing anime adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece manga premiered in 1999. Crunchyroll describes the anime:

Monkey D. Luffy refuses to let anyone or anything stand in the way of his quest to become the king of all pirates. With a course charted for the treacherous waters of the Grand Line and beyond, this is one captain who’ll never give up until he’s claimed the greatest treasure on Earth: the Legendary One Piece!

Another “One Piece Day,” a two-day celebration honoring the anniversary of the release of Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece manga, was conducted by Bandai Namco Entertainment, Shueisha, and Toei Animation. On July 21 and 22, the occasion was held at the Tokyo Big Sight convention center, and a live webcast of it was broadcast worldwide on YouTube.

The Japanese anime television series One Piece, sometimes known as One Piece (stylized all capitals), was created by Toei Animation and debuted on Fuji TV in October 1999. It is based on the same-named manga series by Eiichiro Oda. The plot centers on the exploits of Monkey D. Luffy, a young man whose unintended consumption of a Devil Fruit left him with a body made of rubber. In order to succeed the current Pirate King, Luffy wanders the Grand Line with his crew, the Straw Hat Pirates, in search of the “One Piece,” the world’s greatest treasure.

1,077 episodes have been produced since the show’s Japanese premiere, and they have since been distributed in many other nations.
