256 teams have received invitations from Krafton to participate in the Grind event. Teams will be divided into 16 groups, each with 16 teams. Eight groups will compete in the first week, with the remaining groups facing off against one another in the second. Upon completion of the five-week competition, the top 64 teams will guarantee their spots in the India Series main event.
After being taken off Google Play and the App Stores for a year, the game was rereleased on May 29. This is the first significant BGMI esports competition of the year. Skilled squads such as Soul, GodLike, Revenant, Orangutan, and others are getting ready for the match.
In contrast to Revenant, which just signed two elite players, Sensei and MJ, GodLike has added Spower to their squad ahead of BGIS The Grind. The former TSM members’ team, Gods Reign, took on tough opposition from underdog teams during their opening day of competition.
As the Robin-led side finished eighth in their group, they just about made it to the next round. This indicates the level of difficulty the event will present for the more seasoned squads.
