Free Fire And BGMI Team India Matches Time And Location At Asian Games 2023
The Asian Games, often known as Asiad, will take place again in 2023 after being postponed due to COVID-19 the previous year. Athletes from several continents participate in this sporting event, which takes place every four years, in order to win medals for the nations they represent. But what makes this year unique is that it is the first time in history that there are seven esports titles, which go toward the medal total.
Esports have previously been a part of the Asian Games, although only as a demonstration sport. This implied that while nations could take part in esports, the medals won won’t get added to their final total.

Esports anticipated to be the most popular event
Many anticipate an increase in viewership as the vast world of gaming and esports makes its debut at the Asian Games. This is clear from the fact that the only Asian Games category with a lottery-based mechanism for ticket sales is esports.

The largest powerhouse in this competition is China, the event’s host nation. Most sports, including esports, are expected to be dominated by the nation.

Free Fire And BGMI Indian Teams at Asian Games 2023
Several notable esports titles including Free Fire have not been included in the Asian Games 2023, unfortunately. Even though hypothetically, they did have Free Fire events, they wouldn’t have Indian representation in the game, since the game is banned in India.
Similarly, as for as Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is concerned, the game is an Indian specific game. After pUBG Mobile was banned in India, Krafton had launched BGMI, a Indian erosion of PUBG in the country to cater to the Indian population. Thus BGMI is not available in other countries. Therefore there is no chance of BGMI featuring in the Asian Games. However, its counter part PUBG is a part of the line-up, but will have no Indian representation for obvious reasons.
