Anime fans are aware that their anime characters that they see are mostly prone to showcase their emotions quiet often. However, not all emotions are that of happiness and anger. Several characters get instantly carried away by their emotions, which causes them to cry on a regular basis or frequently, thus gaining them the title of a “crybaby.”

These type of emotional characters in anime have characters that go through a very empathetic state and they start crying whenever they are faced with an obstacle. Eventually, these characters become more mature and start retaining their empathy thus responding with strength.

1) Zenitsu Agatsuma

Zenitsu Agatsuma character from Demon Slayer is famous for having one of the craziest crying fits. He is shown to easily get agitated even at the most minor inconveniences thus he ends up crying more often. 

Nonetheless, his crybaby feature brings a lot of humorous angles and instances to the series. This makes him a very beloved part of the anime. Additionally, unlike other anime characters, Agatsuma is well aware of his shortcomings.

2) Hanagaki Takemichi

Hanagaki Takemichi is undoubtedly one of the most popularly known crybaby heroes, and he is known for it. This is because he has the tendency to showcase his emotions often openly. Therefore whenever he is pushed to his limit, Takenichi is seen to cry, and often trying to talk some sense to himself.

That being said, Takemichi’s mission is to rescue his girlfriend Hinata Tachibana and his other friends, who are trying to get killed by the enemies. Takemichi often weeps at the very thought of losing his friends. This noble thoughts make hime very sensitive and adorable compared to other characters.

3) Mineta Minoru

The character of Mineta Minoru from My Hero Academia anime is one of the biggest crybaby characters till date in the anime world. He is famous for crying at the most minor inconveniences and often breaks down while thinking of a solution for the same.

This makes Mineta considered to be a complete coward. He is seen screaming at any given situation in the anime. However, the good thing is that he is self-aware of his incompetence and problems. He also tries to work on his setbacks by giving it his all with the mission of becoming a anime hero.
