Splatoon 3 new version 4.0.2: Bug Fixers, Patch notes, release date and key notes
We bring important news related to Splatoon 3. This is news in this current season, which has been officially detailed recently and has now confirmed more details.
This is the scorching season, which kicked off as early as June 1, 2023. However, after the release of version 4.0.0 this season some bugs were found to be fixed with a new patch, and now it seems another one is on the way. All of these Twitch related to the games are set to launch on 14th June at 2am BST / 3am CEST — equating to 13th June at 9pm EDT.
This is version 4.0.2, which includes these fixes to player controls:
Multiplayer Bug Fixers:
Detected an issue where the game ran slower than expected during battles compared to Ver. 3.1.1 or earlier.
Taken action to set an issue in Clam Blitz mode where if a player passed a clam or power clam to an ally who was standing in front of the goal, that clam or power clam would remain in the ally’s possession even if it was counted like a goal.
Disclosed an issue in Clam Raid mode that would sometimes cause a clam to not travel according to the predicted trajectory line displayed when pressing the launch button.
Fixed an issue in Chaotic Combat (Casual) that would always cause a communication error when joining a party with friends, based on the status of party members in Splatoon 3.

Updated and resolved an issue where the game would run slower than expected during turns compared to Ver. 3.1.1 or earlier.

Resolved an issue where the game was running slower than expected on Tintelia compared to Ver. 3.1.1 or earlier.
The patch is expected to be available at dawn today (European and USA time), so stay tuned for an update on the title.
