Pokemon Sleep: How, When & Where To Join The Game, Countries Name, Date And Time
Pokémon Sleep was recently announced as Nintendo’s new attempt to help its players have more control over their sleep. The game includes multiple different Pokémon, and lots of details have been shared since the project was re-announced in February 2023. We’ve also had information about its beta phase and even an exploration into Cubone’s sad history.
But among so much news regarding Pokémon Sleep, it is easy to miss a bit of the detail about its premiere. Here we will tell you everything you need to know.
What is this new sleep app?
Pokémon Sleep is a video game for mobile devices that was originally announced in June 2019. However, the project has changed a lot since then and was “re-announced” this year. Developed by The Pokémon Company, this new game uses the smartphone’s built-in motion sensor to monitor users’ sleep. That’s right, Pokémon Sleep is played while you sleep and is meant to get people excited about falling asleep and getting up in the morning.
As the company has explained, the game aims to offer a fun and enriching experience to the coaches by making both the hours of sleep and the time of waking up affect the game. In the story, we will accompany Professor Neroli in his studies of the different styles of Pokémon sleep. Of course, all player research will be of great help to you.
Integration with the Pokémon GO Plus + accessory makes things even more fun. Not only will it allow you to interact with the game by monitoring your sleep hours alongside a pet Pikachu, but it is also compatible with Pokémon GO.
It’s all a matter of pressing a button before bed to monitor your sleep and pressing it again when you wake up. Pokémon Sleep will use that information to detail your sleep and offer fun games.

When does Pokémon Sleep come out?
The Pokémon Company has confirmed that Pokémon slept during the summer of 2023. The game has already been available in New Zealand since July 16, and it is expected to reach many more regions in the coming weeks.
There is no way to know or predict when the game will be released in all regions. The Pokémon Company and Nintendo are usually very cautious with their mobile releases, so their games are first tested before officially coming out. We probably won’t have to wait long for an app as quiet as Pokémon Sleep, although this will vary from region to region. The good news is that the beta version of Pokémon Sleep is already available in some countries, and support will be extended to more territory as it has been doing in recent days.
