The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is all set to host the inaugural Olympic Esports Week (OEW). The Olympics Esports Week 2023 will be held in Singapore between 22nd to 25th June 2023. IOC released a statement announcing the Olympics Esports Week 2023 last year that read “The announcement marks the next major step in supporting the development of virtual sports within the Olympic Movement and engaging further with competitive gamers.”
The Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, Sport Singapore, and the Singapore National Olympic Committee (SNOC) will join hands to host this anticipated event. Olympics Esports Week 2023 will take place at Suntec Convention Centre in Singapore.
