Mr Villian’s Day Off New Trailer, Release Date, When And Where To Watch
Fans get ready for the much awaited Mr. Villain’s Day Off is soon arriving. The anime series will make sure to have clutching your stomach with laughter. Taking a day off for his mental health is the imposing general of a wicked group that seeks to wipe out humanity. More than any of us, this man has established the proper priorities.
TV Tokyo, TV Osaka, and the BS Nippon TV station will all debut the anime Mr. Villain’s Day Off in January 2024. As soon as it is available, you may watch it on Crunchyroll.
A teaser including a fresh visual and the performers of the theme song was made available on the official website on Tuesday, June 26, 2023.
The teaser revealed Mr. Villain taking a day off as well as some new characters with peculiar personalities.
Singer Ivudot will be seen performing the opening theme song, while the ending theme song will be taken over by the band GLASGOW.
Mr. Villain’s Day Off anime will offer a good start for the year 2024 in January, as the anime is clearly about a badass villain who decides to take a day off from his goal of erasing off mankind, you can imagine how funny and hilarious it would be.
Warmono, aka the main villain, is the General of an evil organization who is planning to take over the earth. They also plan to battle with the “Rangers” who defend the earth. Sounds very much likePower Rangers, doesn’t it?
He takes his mental health more seriously than you or I do, though, as evidenced by the fact that he takes time off from work to visit the zoo and treat himself to ice cream on days when he needs to unwind.
It’s going to be a funny animation, much like “The Devil is a Part-Timer!” where we see Lord Satan working at a MgRonald’s.

Japanese manga series Mr. Villain’s Day Off was created by Yuu Morikawa and features both his writing and art. Since December 2018, the manga has been published in serial form on the Pixiv website. As of April 2023, five tank-bon volumes containing all of the chapters have been serailized. In January 2024, Shin-Ei Animation and SynergySP will release the first episode of their adaptation of an anime television series.
On December 15, 2018, the Mr. Villain’s Day Off comic book, which Yuu Morikawa wrote and illustrated, started serializing online at Pixiv.com. By April 2023, Square Enix’s Gangan Comics Pixiv imprint has already published five tank-bon volumes. On January 27, 2021, Frontier Works released an adaption of a drama CD.
The series has been published digitally in English in the global version of Square Enix’s Manga Up! website.In March this year, Square Enix Manga & Books announced that it had licensed the series for print publication, with the first volume set to be released on August 15 of the same year.
