IMG Launches Boomeo In Cooperation With CS:GO Organizations

IMG, one of the leaders in the marketing and talents industry, which has been a partner with Turner in order to form the ELEAGUE which is one of the largest Counter-Strike: Global Offensive leagues out there, has announced the launch of a brand new service several of days ago. The IMG announcement claims that they will be launching a special service under the name of Boomeo that will be used to provide CS:GO players with a brand new training ground. More importantly, it will not be important what your rank is because Boomeo training ground will be available to players of all ranks.

Previous IMG’s business moves did not bring that company into the spotlight and in the center of the eSports industry. However, with the introduction of Boomeo, IMG has become a very important player in the eSports world, and this move will most definitely see IMG expanding into some other aspects of eSports industry as well. According to Karen Brodking, IMG’s president of business affairs, the launch of Boomeo represents how this company has been invested in the developed of eSports industry in all parts of the world. According to the same statement, the reason why IMG is launching Boomeo is the fact that they wanted to provide the opportunity for as many players as possible to get involved in the eSports industry and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive eSports tournaments.

Boomeo Partners With Well Known eSports Brands

The IMG official statement on the launching of Boomeo also stated that Boomeo will be available for all players as soon as they log in. After that, they will be automatically placed in some modules for the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The Boomeo will provide the players with an opportunity to train in some of the standard CS:GO modules such as Deathmatch as well as Retakes. However, the already existing training modules will not be the only ones that Boomeo will provide. Several new modules such as Duel which has already been characterized as the replacement for Deathmatch have been announced, and it is one of the features of Boomeo that has received the most positive feedback.

In order to make Boomeo the best possible training tool, IMG has partnered with many already established eSports franchises such as Counter Logic Gaming, SK Gaming, comLexity, Cloud9, and G2 Esports. Additionally, the words from G2 Esports’ official that described Boomeo as the best online services that provides training options for the players currently in the market.

For those who are considering to try out this Counter-Strike: Global Offensive training service, IMG is offering a two-day trial period, and the monthly subscription for this service is priced at $9.99. According to the IMG officials, this is just the start because they are planning to expand Boomeo by bringing in different features and statistical data as well as some other training tools that have been specifically designed for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

The impact of this services will not be seen immediately but rather after some time. However, one thing is for sure, and that is the players that decide to go through this CS:GO training service will be better equipped for the real Counter-Strike: Global Offensive eSports tournaments than those who decide against it.
