Sign in with the same HoYoverse Pass account you use for your game of Honkai: Star Rail.
Now select the server from which you play the title (according to your region, if applicable).
The “Character Name” field should autocomplete only when logged in.
Finally, in the “Redeem code” section, copy and paste the valid code that corresponds to your region.
Tap “Confirm Redemption” and you should have successfully redeemed the code.
