EA Sports will bring immersive experience with FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023
EA Sports promises the most immersive experience in this competition weeks after the announcement of EA Sports FC, a new era for the saga.
In less than a month, this coming July, the Women’s football World Cup will begin, where Spain will once again seek to make history. But FIFA 23 players will also be able to opt for glory from home, thanks to a free update announced by EA Sports that comes with news. “From quick matches to Lead Your Country, there will be many different ways to play the FIFA Women’s World Cup. Let’s get started,” the developer promises.
Firstly, as was the case with the FIFA World Cup 2022 update released last fall, users will be able to make it all the way to the coveted title from the finals of the tournament. “You can take a country through the entire journey of the FIFA Women’s World Cup, from the first group game to the final, and lift the trophy in the recreation of Stadium Australia,” sells EA Sports, guaranteeing handling the 32 selections.

Lead your nation
The other great inclusion is Lead your country, a unique way to enjoy the World Cup in FIFA 23 that will allow players to lead their team to final triumph, either by choosing a pre-existing player or by creating their own avatar. “Whether you want to lead the USA or a nation that has yet to lift the trophy, the choice is yours. Our goal with Lead Your Country is to provide you with an experience that makes you enjoy the intensity of the real tournament .” Those interested in playing with her avatar will be able to customize details that reflect her style and identity, from the player’s appearance to her position and attributes.
Finally, there will be an option to play quick matches between the women’s international football teams. “You will be able to play in any phase of the competition and choose any team among the 32 qualified nations, from the group stage to the final.” The update is expected this month, but EA Sports, at the moment, have not confirmed the exact day of its landing.
This could be, practically, the last content that FIFA 23 receives before the launch of EA Sports FC at the end of the year, with which a new era will begin for the most successful football simulation saga of the moment.
These gaming modules contribute to the most immersive EA SPORTS FIFA Women’s WC experience ever, complete with each of the 32 qualified teams, custom stadium dressings, cinematics, match presentations, dedicated commentary, and of course, the authentic trophy to hoist at the end.
