The Bali Major 2023, the final Major of the 2023 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) season, is set to take place in Bali, Indonesia. This highly anticipated tournament features intense Dota 2 action spread over five days, with matches broadcasted across four different streams. Aside from the $500K USD prize pool, teams are also competing for the majority share of the 3,500 DPC points available, aiming to secure a spot in The International 12 (TI12).
Schedule and Format
The Bali Major 2023 kicks off on June 29th and concludes on July 9th. The Group Stage, consisting of two groups, follows a single round-robin format with each series being a best-of-two (BO2) game. Unfortunately, the bottom three teams from both groups will be eliminated and will not proceed to the Playoffs.

Bali Major 2023 Format
A total of eighteen teams compete in the Bali Major 2023. The distribution of slots is as follows: Western Europe (WEU) and China (CN) each have four seeds, Southeast Asia (SEA) and Eastern Europe (EEU) each have three seeds, while North America (NA) and South America (SA) each have two seeds. The teams are split into two groups of nine, where they play a BO2 series against each other in a round-robin setup.
The top four teams from each group advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs, while the 5th and 6th place teams from each group move to the lower bracket. Unfortunately, the bottom three teams from each group will be eliminated from the tournament.
