Hawezar
Hawezar is a hidden location in DiabloIV. It is located to the east of the eastern continent of Sanctuary. This location is inhabited by witches and zealot. It is a snake-infested Nangari swampland, whose murky depths hide ancient artifacts. Apart from that, Hawezar also has soldiers from the Order of Zakarum. They have come here to seek out a “holy location”. When they were not able to discover this holy place, some soldiers settled in the town of Zarbinzet. Hawezar is said to be inspired by the marshlands in Florida.
Kehjistan
Kehjistan is a great empire, again located in the East. This hidden Diablo IV location has cities like Caldeum, Viz-jun, Ureh, and Kurast. Almost one-third area of Sanctuary’s eastern hemisphere is occupied by Kehjistan. Inspired by the Middle East and the Mojave desert, Kehjistan was once a bustling civilisation which now can be found in ruins. The Caldeum city of Kehjistan featured in Diablo 3.
Scosglen
Scosglen is a hidden location in Diablo IV, located in the northern part of the Eastern Continent of Sanctuary. Scosglen’s climate is usually cold, because of its proximity to the northern regions of the Barbarian Highlands. This region shares one of its borders with the Dry Steppes located to its south. Home to the ancient Druids, and their largest Druid College, Túr Dúlra is located in Scosglen. Those traveling to this region must be careful of the Drowned who roam on the coastline. Besides, Spiders, wolves, and the faction known as the Knights Penitent are also found here.
