Diablo IV: Blizzard Soon To Improve The Barbarian & Sorcerer Approach

1 years ago By AI Smith

Without a doubt, Diablo 4 is a game that will have to be overhauled several times, that is, on some occasions, Blizzard will make serious mistakes with the updates it releases, and the community will be angry about such decisions. In this way, they must fix what they have unbalanced through patches that will take weeks to come out. Many players were complaining about two very weak classes, but now they won’t be.

In the last campfire chat, Blizzard revealed many of the upcoming changes to Diablo 4 ahead of the next update. The California team was aware that playing the Sorcerer and Barbarian wasn’t as much fun after the last rework, but that will change.  “We want to improve the efficiency and fun in the Diablo 4‘s Sorcerer and Barbarian,” said Lead Class Designer Adam Z. Jackson.

Thus, both classes will stop being so weak and go back to what they were before. The next patch is coming on August 8 and has the additional goal of making player builds stronger across the board. The Rogue and the Necromancer will also benefit in the next update, as well as increased legendary item drops in dungeons, Butcher encounters, and more scenarios, as reported by GamesRadar.

What improvements are coming to the Sorcerer and Barbarian in Diablo 4?

Patch notes will be out next Wednesday, but at least we already know that Blizzard intends to make the Sorcerer more powerful in the late game. Also, his skills and his legendary skills will be boosted in the next patch. We can say something similar about the Barbarian since the basic abilities will do more damage, as well as the passive, legendary and unique ones.

Diablo IV Success

As reported by Blizzard in a press release last Month in June, Blizzard Entertainment’s Diablo IV has surpassed the barrier of $666 million in the initial five days of launch. These incomes have also been thanks to microtransactions, which have been the subject of controversy since some cosmetics cost up to €25 in Diablo 4.

The company has also shared other statistics that show the great reception of the game. In this way, 276 million hours have been exceeded and players have killed 276,000 million demons. However, users have also died 316 million times. The true heroes of the community have been the 163 people who have reached the maximum level in Hardcore Mode, that is, permanent death where you lose all your character, time and objects.
