Delico’s Nursery Trailer, Release Date, Characters Name And More
At the ongoing Aniplex Online Fest 2023 livestream event, Aniplex released a fresh key image, a teaser trailer, and the voice cast list for the upcoming anime Delico’s Nursery at Aniplex Online Fest 2023. It was also announced that the first episode of the series is expected to debut in 2024.
The voice cast for Delico’s Nursery includes Masakazu Morita as Dali Delico, Katsuyuki Konishi as Gerhard Fra, Hiro Shimono as Henrique Lorca, and Takuya Satou as Dino Classico.
The screenplay and narrative for the anime have been written by the dramatist of the TRUMP series, Kenichi Suemitsu. Other members of the production team include director Hiroshi Nishikiori (Gekijouban Idolish Seven: Live 4bit – Beyond the Period), original character designer Araya, chief animation director Youko Itou (Little Busters!, Food Wars! : Shokugeki no Souma), character designer Araya, and composer Shunsuke Wada (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba stage play). J.C.STAFF is in charge of the series’ animation production.
The original TRUMP stage play by Suemitsu debuted in Japan in 2009. Other plays, short stories, live performances, and a manga adaptation by Hamaguri that appeared in Kadokawa’s Young Ace magazine in November 2020 have all been influenced by it.
In the gothic fiction Delico’s Nursery, the fabled original vampire TRUMP is said to have attained eternal life in a society where vampires are raised as aristocrats. The show centers around Dali Delico, the leader of one of the most illustrious lineages of vampiric aristocrats.
Dali Delico is an aristocrat from the respected Delico family. He is also an elite member of the Blood Pact Council who has a promising future ahead. He is directed to carry out a certain mission by the Blood Pact Council, which the highest governing body of vampires, however Dali flatly refuses to do the mission.
When three frustrated fellow members of the Diet – Gerhard, Dino, and Henrique, go to try and attempt to persuade Dali, they find out that Dali is cradling a young child himself.
Meanwhile, a mysterious series of murders occur in the streets targeting vampires specifically. Dali and the antisocial group Pendulum, which is thought to be the mastermind, appear to have some form of prior relationship.
