BGIS 2023 Semi Finals Day 1 Schedule, When And Where To Watch Live Streaming
The semi-finals for Battleground Mobile India Series Season 2 or BGIS Season 2 began on 4th October 2023 with 32 teams competing for the top spot. Since its comeback, Battleground Mobile India (BGMI) has garnered the interest of players with its new features that have been localized for its Indian audience. Now, the game is taking it one step further with the BGIS Season 2. While there were many teams competing for the tournament title, only 32 teams have made it to the semi-finals. The semi-finals stage will now determine which of these teams will grab the 16 spots in Grand Finals. The 32 teams consist of 16 teams from the Quarter Finals Round 4 and 16 teams from the Losers Bracket.
The BGIS Losers Bracket concluded with 64 teams that were split into four groups with 16 teams each. Only the best 4 teams from each group qualified for the semi-finals. These 16 teams will now compete against the other 16 teams that qualified from the Quarter Finals Round 4. Now, the semi-finals will decide which 16 teams will compete in the Grand Finals to win from the ultimate prize pool worth a jaw-dropping ₹2 Crore.

BGIS Season 2 Semi-Finals Format
The BGIS Season 2 semi-finals will take place from 4th to 7th October. The 32 teams will be equally divided into four groups of eight teams each. You can check the above list to know which teams are in which group. The teams will compete in a round-robin format. Each day of the semi-finals will have six matches that will take place. Once the top 16 teams have been determined, they will then advance onto the Grand Finals which will be held offline on 12th, 13th, and 15th October 2023 in Mumbai.

BGSI Season 2 Team Updates
Top teams that have been performing well in recent weeks are Team Soul, Gladiators Esports, Blind Esports, and Gods Reign. So, fans are sure to keep an eye on these teams in the semi-finals. However, well-known and experienced teams like Hyderabad Hydras and Velocity Gaming have already made their exit. Other teams like Burnx Officials, Acid Esports, and Nade Official, initially dominated earlier in the competition but were unable to reach the semi-finals. While fans will be paying close attention to the top four performing teams, only time will tell if they make it to the Grand Finals.
