Players are also prohibited from using emulators to play on a PC or any other device that is not a handheld device.

Section 6.2.4 Ringing:

Playing under another player’s account or gamertag, or soliciting or inducing someone else to play under another player’s account or gamertag, is explicitly prohibited by Section 6.2.4.
