The use of peripheral devices of any kind, including tablets, adapters, controllers, Bluetooth keyboards, and mice, without explicit written approval from tournament officials is strictly prohibited. Players are also prohibited from using emulators to play on a PC or any other device that is not a handheld device.

Section 6.2.4 Ringing:

Playing under another player’s account or gamertag, or soliciting or inducing someone else to play under another player’s account or gamertag, is explicitly prohibited by Section 6.2.4.
