A new vehicle likely from Pokémon attraction at Universal Studios seek attention
We have already shared with you on the web some of the most curious secrets and details of Super Nintendo World after its opening in Japan and the version of Universal Studios Hollywood opened recently. Now we bring more undoubtedly surprising news related to Pokémon.
As we have been able to learn, more indications have emerged that suggest that a Pokémon attraction could open at Universal Studios. It was already speculated in the past and now we hear rumors again.
In Singapore, the IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions) conference is taking place, a key event for manufacturers of themed attractions to showcase their innovations. Chris Nilghe of Japanese theme park blog TDRExplorer tweeted a vehicle designed by Sansei Technologies, a company that has previously collaborated with Universal Studios and Disney, for an as-yet-unannounced trackless dark ride.

From this, Nilghe speculates that the vehicle’s generic appearance could be a ploy to keep the theme of the ride under wraps and suggests that it could be for the rumoured Pokemon replacement for the Spider-Man ride at Universal Studios Japan.
These rumours have been circulating in the theme park community for some time, although it is not known if these plans will materialize. It is known that Universal Japan is collaborating with The Pokémon Company to create “entertainment projects to immerse you in the world of Pokémon”, so it could be about this.
We will have to pay attention to more details and see if it is finally a Pokémon attraction and if it stays in Japan or also reaches Hollywood. What do you think?
