Is There Anyone Greater Than Saitama In One Punch Man?
As a series, One-Punch Man has introduced a large cast of characters, all of which differ in terms of things like power, look, traits, and so on. Along with Saitama, the main character of the anime, other powerful characters have been featured.
But the Caped Baldy has yet to be challenged by anyone, according to the crowd. The manga has, however, introduced a few characters that have caught the attention of its readership. How do they fair when compared to Saitama, who has the power to utterly destroy foes with a single punch?
One-Punch Man: Comparing a few characters to Saitama
Saitama is without a doubt the most powerful character in One-Punch Man at this point. Every single evil who attempted to challenge the Caped Baldy was swiftly and completely destroyed.
Saitama hasn’t engaged in full-scale combat with anyone due to the disparity in their relative strength, hence it is unknown what his genuine abilities are.
However, given the direction in which the manga is going, the fan base is very enthusiastic. A mysterious being that Homeless Emperor referred to as God was just introduced in the manga story. The latter’s skills were given to him by that very being.
His life was stolen during the Monsters Association arc by God, who could be seen standing on the Moon’s surface hundreds of kilometers away.
The entire fanbase was thrilled since it was revealed to them in this way, giving them a preview of its magnitude and abilities. Blast could also be seen opening a gateway to a parallel universe filled with other heroes who resembled him in shadow.
A character now has a greater possibility of being stronger than Saitama because that single panel alone enhanced the One-Punch Man universe.
Saitama is without a doubt the strongest character at the present, at least until we learn more about characters that haven’t yet been revealed. In order to fully comprehend the series’ stronger character, one would have to wait until God’s whole potential is revealed. Since the web comic by ONE has advanced significantly, the manga has a ton of content to work with.
The reveal of God’s abilities and some of Blast’s allies, which were hinted to in Chapter 156 of One-Punch Man, are eagerly anticipated by fans.
Saitama, the main character of One’s manga series One-Punch Man, is a made-up superhero. Unrelated hero Saitama is from Z-City and carries out heroic deeds for fun. He has trained for three years to be strong enough to defeat any foe with a single blow, yet despite his superior strength, he gets bored easily. After Saitama vanquishes a monster that killed Genos, Genos, a cyborg out for vengeance against another cyborg who killed his family and ruined his hometown, becomes his reluctant mentor. Saitama discovers a heroes group that is also battling the demons through Genos.
The character was developed by One as a part of a webcomic about a different kind of superhero who began as the strongest one in the world and whose storylines mostly comprised doing daily chores. Yusuke Murata created the Saitama illustrations for the manga serialization.
Makoto Furukawa provided the Japanese and Max Mittelman provided the English voices for the character.
