16bit Sensation: Another Layer Anime Reveals Release Date, Characters, When And Where To Watch
A new announcement was recently made at the ongoing Aniplex Online Fest 2023. As per the latest announcement 16bit Sensation: Another Layer anime is all set to be released on October 4, 2023.
Along with the release date, a new key visual, and a promotional video was also released. That’s not all, the anime also revealed the series’ new cast members.
16bit Sensation is a Japanese manga series that was originally conceptualized by Misato Mitsumi, Tatsuki Amazuyu, and Tamiki Wakaki. It was illustrated by Wakaki. The original manga series released in November 2021, following which an anime adaptation based on the series’ doujinshi was revealed by Studio Silver.
All You Need To Know About 16bit Sensation: Another Layer anime
The latest key visual released at Aniplex Online Fest 2023 shows the main and supporting characters of the anime. This includes Konoha Akisato, Mamoru Rokuta, Meiko Uehara, Kaori Shimoda, Touya Yamada, Kiyoshi Gomikawa, and Masaru Rokuta.
The new promotional video gives viewers a slight hint of what is set to happen in the upcoming anime. Konoha Akisato is shown to be an illustrator at a game company. However, she eventually time leaps to the past. Living in the past she starts working at a game company along with her new team members. Konoha seeks to exploit outdated technology to make the game of her dreams despite the difficulties brought on by the time leap.
16bit Sensation: Another Layer Anime cast
The latest promotional video also revealed the new character members for 16bit Sensation: Another Layer anime. Kentaro Ito will be seen voicing Masaru Rokuta, as Jun Fukushima will be voicing Kiyoshi Gomikawa. Similarly, Kentaro Ito formerly voiced Renji Abarai in Bleach and Yoshitake Shiraishi in Golden Kamuy. On the other hand, Jun Fukushima previously voiced Makoto Takei in Fruits Basket and Kazuma Sato in KONOSUBA anime.
Meanwhile, Aya Yamane, who has previously voiced Reo Korogi in Ayakashi Triangle and Sui Yamada in World’s End Harem, will be seen voicing Toya Yamada.

It was also announced that Shoko Nakagawa will be performing the anime’s opening theme song “65535.”
16bit Sensation: Another Layer Anime When And Where To Watch?
Aniplex Online Fest 2023 revealed that 16bit Sensation: Another Layer anime will be released on October 4, 2023. The anime is all set to be released at 24:30, effectively. This means that that the anime will be available to watch for the Japanese audience on October 5, 2023, at 12:30 am JST. Apart from the release date, a new key visual and promotional video was also released.
The 16bit Sensation: Another Layer anime series will be made available on Japanese television networks like TOKYO MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS11. In addition to the Tv channels, it will also be available to watch on Crunchyroll in English-speaking, Latin American, and European countries.
